Urban Buttons

If you find yourself near Hero Honda Chowk, you’re pretty close to us. Urban Buttons is at Shop No. 1, right across from Plot No 66 on Khansa Road in Sector 37. It is a small shop, but it is crammed with everything you can imagine related to buttons. We have thousands of them in little plastic bins and glass jars. Some days it feels like we are drowning in tiny pieces of plastic and metal. The traffic at Hero Honda Chowk is usually a mess, so we hear the honking all day long. Khansa Road is a busy stretch with people constantly moving between the industrial plots. Our shop is simple. There is a counter, some shelves that reach the ceiling, and usually a stool that someone is sitting on while they sort through a new delivery. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just have buttons. People come in looking for something specific, and we help them find it, or they just browse through the boxes. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. The lighting isn't great, and the floor is a bit uneven, but it works for us. Sector 37 is a practical area, and we fit right in. We just stay open until the sun goes down, count the stock, and do it all again the next morning. It is a modest life but we enjoy the variety of items we handle.
