Mark Iv

Our office and workspace are at Plot No. 244 in Phase-1 of Udyog Vihar. If you know the area, you know how busy Phase-1 can get, especially during the morning rush. We’ve been tucked away in this plot for some time now. The building is functional—it’s got enough room for our desks and whatever materials we need to store. We don't have any of those fancy modern lounges or bean bags; it’s just a standard place where work gets done. Most of our day is spent on computers or talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer jams, and we all have to stop and fix it, which is just how things go. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. The lunchroom is where we all gather to share food and talk about things other than work for half an hour. It feels more like a small community than a corporate machine. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules; we just expect everyone to show up and do their part. When the day ends, we lock up the gate at Plot 244 and head out into the Udyog Vihar traffic like everyone else. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense way for Mark Iv to do business, and it seems to work for us.
