UCC HOME PROJECTS

UCC HOME PROJECTS, which is also known as Under Construction Company, is run out of house 1955 in Sector 45. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like the atmosphere here because it’s relaxed. We use a couple of the rooms for our work, and the main area is usually full of samples like wood pieces and tiles. It’s not uncommon to see blueprints spread out across the dining table. Being in Sector 45 means we are close to a lot of the projects we handle. The house itself is pretty standard, and we’ve set it up to be as functional as possible for our daily tasks. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of us talking or the hum of the computers. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between here and various construction sites. When we are here, we are usually deep into planning or paperwork. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with piles of documents and project notes everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We don't need a corporate office in a high-rise to get the work done. This house has everything we need to keep things moving. It’s just a real, working office for real people who need help with their home projects.
