We are based in Gurgaon, over in DLF City Phase III. Our address is V 34/2, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area. Gurgaon is a place that never seems to stop moving. There is always construction happening nearby and the traffic on the main roads is usually a mess. Our office is tucked away in a more residential-feeling street, which gives us a bit of a break from the chaos. It’s a functional space with a few desks and a small area where we keep our project files. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone will just look up from their computer when you walk in. The team here is small, and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We spend most of our days staring at blueprints or talking on the phone with contractors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea and coffee. There are usually a few biscuit packets lying around too. We don't really bother with corporate policies or long-winded meetings. If something needs to be settled, we just sit down and talk it through. It’s a simple, straightforward way of doing things in a city that can often feel very complicated. We like the neighborhood and the people we work with. It keeps us grounded.
