Tvs Logistics

Our workplace is Tvs Logistics, and we are located at 1179/1 Dayanand Colony, right on New Rly. Road in Gurgaon. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people passing by all the time. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We spend most of our hours tracking shipments and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of data entry and logistics planning. We don’t have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a group of neighbors working together. The road outside can get very noisy with the traffic from the railway station area, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep things pretty simple. There aren't any big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the task of getting things from point A to point B. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we just take it one pile at a time. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our amenities. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do our bit to keep the supply chain moving. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a backlog, but we just stay until the work is finished. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here. We handle the containers and the local deliveries with equal care.
