Tvs Logistics Services Ltd.

I have been working with Tvs Logistics Services Ltd. as a Warehouse & Logistics Officer since 2005. That is nearly twenty years at the same place. The warehouse is my daily reality. It is a large, echoing space filled with stacks of crates and the smell of industrial packaging. My desk is tucked into a corner near the main loading dock. It's not a fancy setup. I have an old computer, a stack of ledgers, and a telephone that rings way too often. Every day is about the same routine of checking inventory and talking to the drivers who bring the goods in and out. It’s a lot of physical work and standing on your feet. The floors are concrete and they get very cold in the winter months. Since 2005, I have seen the company grow, but my role stays focused on the practical side of things. We don't have meetings about strategy or anything like that. We just focus on whether the trucks are on time and if the manifest matches the load. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy till time to go home. The guys in the warehouse are a good bunch, even if we all get a bit grumpy when it’s hot outside. We just do our jobs and try to keep everything organized. It’s a life built around logistics and moving things from point A to point B without too much fuss. Even after all these years, I still find it satisfying to see the trucks leave fully loaded and on schedule.
