Trufrost Cooling Pvt Ltd is up on the fifth floor of Palm Spring Plaza in Gurgaon. It’s a modern building, which is a bit different from the dusty industrial plots most factories use. We have a view of the street from room 509, though mostly we’re just looking at the never-ending traffic down below. Being in Sec, Gurgaon, it’s always busy around here. People are rushing around in suits, but in our office, we try to keep it a bit more relaxed. We deal with cooling systems, so the air conditioning in our own office is something we take very seriously. It’s a small space, filled with desks, computers, and a few cooling unit models sitting in the corner for display. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordinating with the technicians who are out in the field at different sites. It’s not always easy keeping track of everyone’s schedule, but we manage to get it done. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting around in the lobby quite a bit. We’re not into big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the equipment we sell actually works like it’s supposed to for the customers. We have our fair share of stress when a big project is due, but we try to keep a sense of humor about things. It’s just a regular office life for us, trying to stay cool while we help others.
