You can find us over in Sector 40, on the second floor of Plot 120. It is a pretty typical office space, nothing too flashy or modern, just some sturdy desks and computers and a whole lot of paper. We do design consultancy, which means we spend a large part of our day listening to what people want and then trying to put that into a plan that actually makes sense. We deal with all kinds of projects, so one day we might be looking at a small home renovation and the next it is something much bigger. The office atmosphere is fairly casual. We wear comfortable clothes and usually just shout to each other across the room rather than sending emails. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams right when we are in a hurry to get to a meeting, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We are not trying to be some big global firm; we just want to do good work for the people who come to us. We are often juggling phone calls with various contractors and checking on material deliveries. It involves a lot of daily coordination. If you come by, you might see us spread out on the floor looking at a big layout because the tables are already full of other stuff. Sector 40 is a good central spot, so it is easy for us to get to different parts of the city quickly when we need to visit a site.
