Trinity Healthtech is situated on the Lower Ground level of Grand Mall on M.G. Road in Gurgaon. We are right near Sahara Mall, so it’s a very busy part of town especially on the weekends. Being in the mall means there is plenty of parking space and it’s easy to get to by car or metro. The space is on the lower ground, so it’s a bit tucked away from the main shopping crowds and noise. We have a mix of different equipment. It’s more of a functional space than a traditional heavy-lifting gym. We have some newer machines and a good amount of floor space to move around. Since we are on MG Road, we get a lot of people who work in the nearby corporate offices coming in during their lunch breaks or right after they finish work. It’s a bit more modern than some of the older gyms in the city, but we still keep things simple and easy. We don't have any pushy sales people here trying to sell you stuff you don't need. You just come in, do your thing, and leave. The mall management keeps the common areas clean, and we try to do the same inside our own space. It’s a convenient spot if you are already doing your shopping or working in this part of Gurgaon. Sometimes the mall can be loud, but it stays fairly calm down where we are. It’s just a solid, practical place to work on your health.
