Trexquant (India) Business Consulting is located in the DLF Cyber City Complex. We are in DLF City Phase II, which is one of the busiest parts of Gurgaon. If you have ever been to Cyber City, you know it is all glass buildings and a lot of people in business casual walking around very fast. We are right in the thick of it. Our office is a busy place because there is always something going on in this part of town. We do business consulting, which covers a lot of ground. It is mostly a lot of research and talking to people on the computer. Even though we are in a big fancy complex, our internal culture is pretty grounded. We are just regular people who happen to work in a high-rise. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare with the Gurgaon traffic, but being near the Rapid Metro helps a lot. We spend most of our time at our desks or in small huddles. There is a lot of energy in the air here because of all the other companies nearby. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to get out before the evening rush hour peaks. It is a fast-paced environment but we try to keep our own space calm and focused.
