Traveljobsindia.Com is based down in Bangalore. It’s a city that everyone says is the tech hub, but for us, it’s just where we live and work. We don't have a massive corporate campus with a cafeteria and a gym. It’s just a regular office space where we handle the website and talk to people about jobs in the travel industry. The weather here is usually the best part of the day, so we often leave the windows open to catch the breeze. We have a small team of people who actually enjoy traveling themselves, so we talk about that a lot during our breaks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to help people find work and keep our own heads above water. There’s always a bit of chaos with the Bangalore traffic, so some of us show up a bit late and stay a bit later to make up for it. We don't have a strict dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when the travel season picks up. We’ve had this setup for a while now and it suits us. We don't use a lot of big words or business jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to get the job done right.
