We’re based in Lucknow at Sse-181 in Sector-F of the Lda Colony, right off Kanpur Road. It’s a pretty easy location to spot if you know the area. Our office isn’t anything like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. It’s a plain, practical space where we handle all our transport business. Most of the day, you’ll find us sitting around the main desk, talking to drivers and checking our manifests. The walls are a bit yellowed and we have some old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving. Kanpur Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background. We don’t go for any of that fancy management talk. We just tell it like it is. If a delivery is going to be late because of a breakdown, we call the person and let them know. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a small team, mostly just local guys who grew up around here. We don’t have any high-tech tracking screens, just our notebooks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets dusty in the summer, and the rains sometimes leak through the front door, but we make it work. We’re just a regular transport office doing our thing in Lucknow, day in and day out, without any fuss.
