We've been at 12, Civil Lines Enclave in Gurgaon for a while now. Most people know the area. It’s busy but we manage. Transport Corporation Of India Ltd is basically what the name says. We deal with moving things from one place to another. It sounds simple but there is a lot of paperwork and scheduling. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. Others, it’s just quiet work in the office. Gurgaon has changed so much since we first set up here. Traffic is worse, but the roads are bigger. Our team is just a bunch of regular people. We have drivers coming in and out all day. They have stories from all over the country. Sometimes they’re late because of a breakdown or weather, and that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and maps. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a lot of files piled up. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when things are moving fast. There isn't much to say about us that isn't obvious. We handle the logistics part of things so other people don't have to worry about it. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We just keep doing what we do every day at the Civil Lines spot.
