We are located in the Raipur area of Dehradun, right near the Kanya Pathshala. Our company goes by the name Trammell Crow Meghraj Pvt.Ltd., and we operate out of this local spot in the U.A region. Manoj Ku, who is the son of B.S. Upadhyay, is the main person you’ll find working here. We don't have a massive corporate office with a lot of floors. Instead, we have a simple place near the school which everyone in the neighborhood knows. Dehradun is a nice place to be, and Raipur has its own local charm. You can often hear the sounds from Kanya Pathshala nearby, which reminds us we are part of a real community. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy decorations for the office. We just have our desks, our paperwork, and the things we need to get our work done every day. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Manoj and the rest of us just focus on the tasks at hand without any of that corporate talk you hear in bigger cities.
