Toyoda Gosei India Pvt Ltd is over at C-61 in Sanjay Gram, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how much it has changed over the years with all the big buildings going up. But Sanjay Gram still feels a bit more grounded. Our place is an industrial-style building where we handle our business operations. It’s not a fancy glass tower like you see on the main highway. It’s more of a working space where people wear practical clothes and get things done. We are involved with automotive parts, so there’s often a bit of noise and a lot of movement. The area around C-61 is always busy with trucks and workers. It gets very dusty during the dry season and the traffic in Gurgaon is always a bit of a nightmare. We just try to get in early and do our work. There isn't any polished corporate lobby here. It’s just desks, computers, and people focusing on their tasks. We don't really spend time on making things look pretty for visitors. We are more concerned with the actual work we do every day. The office is functional and does the job. Most of our staff have been around for a while and they know the routine. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the extra fluff you find in the newer office parks. We’re just a bunch of people working together in the industrial heart of Gurgaon and staying busy.
