Out here in Village Bharosa, things are a bit quieter than in the main city of Lucknow. Our place, Tower Vision India Pvt. Ltd, is located near Post Mounda. It is a different vibe than being in a city center. You see more trees and open fields on the way in. The office is more of a base for us. It is a simple building, nothing flashy at all. Most of the folks working here are from the nearby areas. We start our day when the sun comes up. There is a lot of coming and going because of the nature of the work. We aren't sitting at desks all day long. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the roads getting muddy during the monsoon season. That is just part of being in the district. We do not have a big HR department or fancy lunch rooms. We usually just bring food from home and eat together. It is a very local operation. We know the neighbors and the local shop owners. It is practical work. No one is wearing a tie here. We just focus on what needs to be finished. The office is functional, with just the essentials. It gets the job done. We like the fact that it is not too crowded around here. You can actually hear yourself think. It is just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of Uttar Pradesh.
