Tks Design Centre is based out of 1048, Sector-15, Part-2. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the main market. We converted part of the building into a workspace where we can sit and draw up plans. There are a lot of rulers and rolls of paper laying around the tables. We try to keep things tidy, but when a project is in the middle of being worked on, the whole place gets covered in sketches. We drink a lot of coffee here. The windows look out onto the street, and we see the same people walking their dogs every day. It’s a nice change of pace from the city center. We don’t have a huge sign outside, just a small one by the gate. We prefer to keep things low-key. Most of our work happens on the screens, but we still like to use pencils for the initial ideas. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We take our time to make sure the measurements are right because mistakes are hard to fix later. We’ve been in Sector-15 for a few years now and have gotten to know the other small businesses around here. It’s a decent place to spend the day working on designs and we don't have any plans to move anytime soon.
