The Traditionals

Our spot is Office No. 204 on the second floor of S.S. Plaza. It’s right near the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn in Sector-47, so it’s fairly easy to find once you get into the plaza building. The Traditionals isn’t a name that comes with a lot of baggage. We just liked how it sounded. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of binders filled with project details and old receipts. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then on hot days. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of design and planning. It’s not about being trendy for us. We just look at what works and try to stick to that. Sector-47 is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, we try to keep things organized, though the piles of material samples and catalogs usually win in the end. We don’t do big fancy presentations with lights and music. Usually, we just sit around a table and go over the drawings with a pencil in hand. It’s a low-key way of working, but it suits us. We’ve met a lot of interesting people through this office. Most of them are just looking for someone to help them navigate the mess of building something new. We do our best to help out without making things too complicated.
