The The Talent Tree

If you head over to Gurgaon in Haryana, that is where you will find us. We go by the name The The Talent Tree. Gurgaon has changed so much over the years, turning into this massive hub of tall buildings and traffic, and we are right in the thick of it. Our work is mostly about people. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to different folks who are trying to find their next step. It is a lot of listening and taking notes. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place where we have our computers and some filing cabinets. Haryana gets really dusty and the traffic in Gurgaon is some of the worst you will see, so we are always glad to get into the office and start the day. We do not really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk to people like they are people. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet goes slow, just like in any other place. We have a small group of us here and we have gotten to know each other pretty well over the simple lunches we share. It is a straightforward environment. We just want to get through the pile of work we have and help out where we can. It is a simple operation, really, and we like it that way. We don't need things to be complicated.
