The Human Resourse Company

This is a bit of a different setup because we work right out of Malibu Town on the Sohna Gurgaon Road. Specifically, we are at House Number 09 on Greenstreet. It's a residential area, so it's a lot quieter than the main commercial hubs of Gurgaon. Jain Lavi and Shubhanshu Jain run things here. It feels more personal when you are working from a home-based office. We don't have a giant neon sign or a front desk person in a suit. Usually, you just see the regular neighborhood stuff going on outside while we are inside checking through candidate profiles. The address can be a bit long to write out on envelopes, but people find us. Being on Sohna Road means we are close enough to the big companies but far enough away to actually think and get work done. We handle HR tasks for various clients who need a bit of help sorting out their staff or finding new hires. It’s mostly just us and our laptops. Sometimes the dog in the next house starts barking right when we are on a call, but that’s just life in a real neighborhood. We don't try to act like a giant corporation. We just do the work honestly from where we are. It’s a comfortable way to run a business and it keeps our overheads low, which is nice. We just take it day by day and try to keep everything organized for the people who rely on us.
