The Human Resource Company

The Human Resource Company is located on the second floor of S 6/10 in DLF Phase 3. It is a pretty busy area, as anyone who knows this part of the city can tell you. We are right in the middle of all the action, which makes sense for a place that deals with people and jobs. Our office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We spend most of our time looking at resumes, talking to candidates, and trying to help companies find the right staff. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get hectic. We don't use fancy systems or complicated methods. We just try to understand what a person is looking for and see if it matches what a company needs. DLF Phase 3 is a good spot for us because there are so many businesses nearby. We see a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes the work is tiring, especially when you can't find the right fit for a role, but we just keep trying. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just a small team trying to make sense of the hiring world. If you find yourself in S 6/10, just head upstairs. We are usually around, working through the latest pile of applications.
