The Human Resource Co.

We are based in Gurgaon at 290/28 in Jyoti Park. It is a different vibe than the high-rise buildings you see on the other side of the city. Jyoti Park is more of a grounded neighborhood, which suits us just fine. At The Human Resource Co., we spend most of our time looking through applications and talking to people who are searching for jobs. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. The office is set up with just the essentials like tables, chairs, and some computers that have seen better days but still work fine for our needs. We do not really have a big sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific house number in the park area. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed so we can actually focus on the people we are dealing with. It gets hot in the summers, so the fans are always going. We do not have any of those fancy coffee machines, just a local guy who brings us chai when we need a break. It is a very normal way to work. We like being in Jyoti Park because it feels more like a real community than a cold business district. That is who we are and where we work every day.
