Telcoboss Uk is based over in South City 2. Even though the name says UK, we are right here in Gurgaon, Haryana. It’s a busy part of town, lots of houses and shops around. We handle telecommunications work, mostly the technical side of things. It’s a lot of phones, cables, and connections. The office isn't massive, just enough room for the team and our gear. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or setting things up for clients. Working in South City 2 is convenient because everything you need is just a short walk away. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is ironic for a telecom place, but we fix it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just how we do things. People sometimes get confused by the name, but once they see us working, they get what we do. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us, some tools, and a lot of patience. Gurgaon has changed so much since we started, but we just keep doing our bit. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ve probably passed by our spot without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a living and we take it as it comes.
