Techno Fit Fitness Centre

Techno Fit Fitness Centre is situated on the 1st floor of the Pink Town House Market in DLF City Phase III. We are on Road U-25, which is quite a busy stretch in Gurgaon. If you are looking for us, we are right above the Idea showroom and directly opposite U-25/12. This part of Gurgaon is always moving, with a lot of office workers and people living in the PGs nearby. Our gym is a simple one-floor setup. We have the usual machines for cardio and a section for strength training. It gets quite busy in the early mornings before the office rush starts. The view from the first floor looks out onto the street, so you can watch the traffic while you’re on the treadmill. It’s not a fancy health club with a pool or anything like that. We just have the basics that you need to get a good sweat going. The floor can get a little dusty because of all the construction always happening in Gurgaon, but we try to sweep it up often. People here are mostly just focused on their own routines. If you need a place that’s easy to get to from the U-block area, we are right here. Just walk up the stairs next to the showroom. We are usually open early in the morning and stay late.
