We are in Gurgaon, 122017, and it’s a bit different from the shiny glass buildings you see in the Cyber City part of town. Our office is more of a house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable and less like a cold workplace. We have a lot of people coming by, mostly looking for work or asking about their contracts. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many people and so much paperwork, it can get a bit messy sometimes. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines or a lounge area; we just have our desks and a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch. The team here is a mix of young folks and some who have been around since the beginning. We talk about the weather, the local traffic in Gurgaon, and what’s happening in the news. It’s a very normal environment. We don't put on any acts for visitors. If you come in, you see us exactly as we are, working away at our computers or talking on the phones. We handle a lot of different jobs, and it keeps us on our toes. It’s a practical way to spend the day in Chakarpur.
