Even though the name on the door says Pantnagar, we are actually operating out of House Number O-439 in Jalyau Vihar. That is in Sector-31 of Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a distance from the actual plant, but this is where our administrative work happens. Gurgaon is always moving at a million miles an hour, and being in Sector-31 puts us right in the middle of all that energy. Jalyau Vihar is a decent area and we have settled into our space here quite well. It isn’t a massive corporate headquarters. It’s a house that we use as an office, which gives it a much more local and approachable feel. We don't have any polished receptionists or marble floors. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordinating with the folks back at the main site. The house has enough room for our small team to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we are in a meeting, and that’s just fine with us. It keeps things grounded. We don't pretend to be anything fancy. We are just a group of people working for Tata Motors Ltd. in a way that works for this location. The day usually goes by pretty fast with all the stuff we have to juggle. It’s a basic, functional office in a regular Gurgaon neighborhood.
