Tasa Automotive Components

Our place is out at Plot 109 in Section 3 of IMT Manesar. It’s an industrial area, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. We make components for cars and other vehicles. It’s a noisy environment with machines running most of the day, but that’s the sound of work being done. We started this shop because there was a lot of demand for parts in this region. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and the smell of oil is everywhere. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. We have a small team of workers who know their way around the machinery. Some of them have been with us since we opened the doors here. We don't really have a big front office; we usually just meet people right on the shop floor or in a small corner where we keep the records. The commute out to Manesar can be a bit of a trek, but it’s where all the action is for automotive stuff. We just focus on making sure the parts we produce meet the specs we’re given. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it, but that's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the orders out on time. The dust gets everywhere, but we try to keep the work clean and move through our schedule.
