TANGOSIXOCLOCK LLP

We are based out of unit G-405 in Sispal Vihar AWHO, which is over in Sector 49. It's a residential complex, so it feels a lot different than working in a standard office building. Being in a place like this means we see families walking around and kids playing while we are trying to get our work done. Tangosixoclock is basically run from this flat. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. We have our computers set up in the main room, and we use the balcony for breaks when the weather isn't too dusty. Gurgaon can be quite noisy, but inside the complex, it’s a bit more shielded from the main road traffic. We started this because we wanted a place where we could work on our own terms. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just life in this part of Haryana. We don’t have a sign outside or anything. Most people who know we are here are friends or people we've worked with for a long time. It’s a simple arrangement. We usually work until late, hence the name, though not always. It's just a bunch of us trying to make things work from a home office. There’s no dress code, and we often order lunch from the small shops nearby. It's practical and keeps our costs down.
