Our office is in Vasundra, Ghaziabad, at the Vasundravalley Apartments. We are in Flat No. 205 on Plot No GH-3. It is a residential-style setup which makes the place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office building. We have been here for a while, doing placement consulting under the name Talentalliance. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their jobs and looking through piles of resumes. It is a lot of work to find the right match, and it is not always easy. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just try to be helpful to the people who come to us looking for a new start. The apartment complex is usually quiet during the day, which helps us get things done. We are not a big agency with branches everywhere. We just focus on our local area and the people who live around here. It is a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some filing or to call someone back who could not talk during the day. It is just us, a few desks, and a lot of lists of names. We do not try to be something we are not. We just do the consulting work and keep the office running as best as we can.
