We are Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd. and our office is at S-1 Plot No 68, Sector-6 in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We’ve been operating out of this U.P. location for some time now. Vaishali is a busy area, and being in Sector-6 puts us right in the middle of a lot of development activity. We mostly deal with property services, which means a lot of time spent on site inspections and looking at plans. It’s not a job for someone who wants to sit still all day. We have a small office that fits us just right. It’s where we do the planning and keep all our records. We don’t use any big corporate slogans. We just work on property projects and try to make sure everything is done correctly. Ghaziabad is a tough place for property development sometimes, but we know the ropes. Our staff is local and we understand the area well. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job on the projects we have. People in Vaishali know us as the property people on Plot No 68. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. Every day brings a new challenge with a different building or piece of land. We just take it as it comes and keep the work moving. It’s what we’ve always done.
