We’ve been here at Manjushree in Vijaynagar for a while now. Number 139 is where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. It’s a busy spot in RPC Layout, especially when the morning traffic starts picking up on the main roads nearby. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the paperwork done and talk through the week's schedule. People usually find us easily enough because the building is well-known in this part of Bangalore. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings, making sure everything is moving along as it should. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the street outside, but we’re used to it. Most of the guys have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm that works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we sort out the logistics for the various projects we handle. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular place where work happens. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we still show up and get things moving. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly focused on the technical side of things and making sure the teams on the ground have what they need. It’s just us, working away in the heart of the neighborhood, trying to keep things organized and on track day by day.
