Our place is over in Phase 6 of Udyog Vihar, specifically in Sector 37. If you’ve spent any time in Gurgaon, you know what the industrial sectors are like. It’s a lot of grey buildings and trucks moving in and out all day long. The dust is something we just deal with as part of the job. Inside D-50, we handle a lot of the technical side of furniture making. It isn't just about how things look, but how the hardware actually works together. The workshop floor stays busy. There's always someone moving a pallet or checking a shipment of components. It gets pretty loud when the machinery is running, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us well enough for what we need. Most of the guys have their own way of doing things, and we don't interfere much as long as the work is getting done correctly. We don't have a big corporate canteen or anything like that. Usually, we just sit in the small break area or go out to the local vendors for a bite. The commute back towards the main city can be a nightmare in the evenings, so everyone is usually eager to wrap things up and get the shutters down on time. It’s just steady, everyday work in a very busy part of the town.
