Swadeshi And Organic Store

We've been running the Swadeshi And Organic Store for a while now, right here in Sector 29. It’s on the ground floor of SCO 392, which is pretty easy to find since it’s basically right next to the Iffco Metro Station. If you're coming off the train, we're just a short walk away. We keep things simple here. Mostly, we just stock stuff that’s organic and locally made. People come in looking for groceries or things for their house that aren't full of chemicals. It’s a small space but we try to keep the shelves full. Sometimes the deliveries are late or we run out of something popular, but that's just how it goes when you're dealing with smaller suppliers. We aren't a big supermarket chain or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us working the floor. We spend a lot of time organizing jars and making sure the labels are clear. It gets busy in the evenings when people are heading home from the metro. It’s nice to see the regulars who stop by every week for their usual items. We don't have fancy displays, just plain shelves and honest products. If you need something specific, you can always ask, and we'll see if it’s in the back. Living and working in this part of town is busy, but we like being part of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal shop doing what we can to provide decent stuff to the folks around here.
