Out here in Gurgaon, we are located at G92 on the ground floor of South City II. It’s a busy part of Haryana, and we’re right in the middle of all the growth happening here. Our office is a practical space where we handle the construction side of things. It’s not one of those glass towers you see everywhere in Gurgaon. We prefer being on the ground floor where it’s easy to move stuff in and out. We have a lot of meetings here, mostly about site progress and budget tracking. It can get a bit hectic when multiple projects are running at once. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There’s no big hierarchy here; we just all pitch in. Sometimes the office is a mess of files and samples of tiles or granite, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We build things. Some days the weather is dusty and hot, and other days it's raining, but the work has to continue. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. If someone needs to talk to us, they just come by and we sit down and figure it out. It’s a very hands-on way of working, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
