We go by Svec Constructions Ltd Hyderabad, but our reach is a bit broader, covering places like New Delhi and parts of Orissa. It’s a bit of a mix, really. We are based out of India and handle a lot of different construction tasks. Since we are spread out, we spend a lot of time traveling between different sites and keeping track of various projects. It’s not a simple nine-to-five job. Often, we are dealing with different local rules depending on where the building is happening. We don’t have a fancy, polished way of explaining what we do. It’s just construction. Sometimes we are in the middle of a big city, and other times we are working on something further out. We don’t really use big words or try to sell ourselves with slogans. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. The guys on the ground are the ones making it happen, while we try to keep the paperwork straight from the office side. It can get pretty chaotic when you have several sites going at once in different states, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group trying to get the structures built right. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get messy, but that’s just part of the industry. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next job.
