Svec Constructions Limited

Svec Constructions Limited operates out of Kanhawas Village. We’re located in the Sangwari Post area of Rewari District in Haryana. It’s more of a rural setting, which we actually like. It’s the home of Shri Abhey Singh’s son, and that’s where we base our operations. Being in a village means we know everyone and everyone knows us. We don’t have a big glass office building; we just work from where we are. We handle construction projects across the district, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. It involves a lot of travel between different sites and making sure the labor and materials are where they need to be. We aren't the type to use big business jargon. We just talk like normal people. The work is physical and sometimes messy, but we are used to it. We have a small, loyal group of workers who help us get things done. It’s a quiet life here in Rewari, but we stay busy with the building work. We don't really bother with social media or fancy marketing. If someone needs something built, they usually just come find us or give us a call. We’ve been doing this for a while and we just plan to keep going the same way. It is a straightforward way to live and work. We just keep our heads down and build what needs building.
