Panacea Intelligence Security Pvt. Ltd. is based in UGF-24 inside Sushant Vyapar Kendra. Our office is on the upper ground floor, so it is easy to reach once you walk into the complex. It is a functional space with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of chairs for when the staff comes in for their meetings. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly when the room is quiet. Sushant Vyapar Kendra is a busy place with lots of other offices around us, so there is always a mix of people in the hallways. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out forms for the guards who work with us. It isn't a glamorous office with fancy decorations; it is more about having a place to sit and get the scheduling done. We have a small corner with a kettle to make some instant coffee when the days get long. Usually, the phone is ringing with questions about shifts or paperwork updates. Some of the guys have been with us for a long time, so they just walk in and know exactly where their files are kept. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a humming noise, but it keeps the office cool enough during the summer months. It is just a straightforward place where we handle the daily logistics.
