Getting to Plot No. 1 in Pace City 1 every morning is a bit of a routine for the crew here. Sector-37 is always humming with some kind of activity early on, and by the time the gates open at Surya Ethnic Pvt. Ltd., the sun is usually already heating up the asphalt outside. We spend our days mostly surrounded by fabrics and various materials that come through the doors. It’s not exactly a quiet place, especially when the machines are running, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. Sometimes the tea breaks are the only quiet moments we get, sitting in a corner away from the dust. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, nobody here has much time to worry about how things look. We’re mostly focused on getting the orders sorted and out the door before the carriers arrive. If you walk past our building, you’ll likely hear the rhythmic clatter from the production floor or see a couple of trucks waiting to load up. It’s a busy spot in Sector-37, and the local tea stall nearby does a brisk business because of the workers around here. We don't really do much fancy stuff or have big meetings in glass rooms. It’s just people showing up, doing the work they know how to do, and heading home when the shift ends. Some days are longer than others, but that’s just life.
