Supersleuth Security Systems

Our spot is in Supermart-2 in DLF City, Phase 4. It’s room 20/A. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with security systems for homes and shops. The Supermart is usually pretty lively, so there’s always people walking by. Our office is fairly straightforward—just some shelves with equipment and a couple of desks for paperwork. We spend our days talking to people about cameras and alarms. We aren't trying to sell anyone things they don't need. Usually, someone comes in because they're worried about their shop or they just moved into a new flat. We show them what we have on the shelf and explain how it plugs in. Sometimes we're out on site more than we're actually in the office. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and pulling cables through ceilings. It can be tiring, and we aren't always the fastest at answering emails because we're usually busy with our hands. We like being in Phase 4 because it’s a good location and easy for people to find us. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us trying to make sure the sensors trip when they’re supposed to. It’s a practical business and we keep it that way without any fuss or fancy titles. We usually have some coffee going and some tools scattered around the floor. It’s not polished, but it’s where we get the job done and help our neighbors feel a little more secure in their homes.
