Suman Construction

We’ve been running Suman Construction out of our office at 145/4 in Shankar Vihar for a while now. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, and being right here in Haryana lets us stay close to where the building actually happens. Most days you’ll find some of us at the desk and others out at sites. It gets busy, especially with the local traffic and the heat, but we just keep at it. Our spot in Shankar Vihar is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done and talk to people about their building needs. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that is just how construction goes. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure stuff gets built right. It’s a local operation, and we know the roads and the people around here pretty well. If you are looking for us, we are usually around during regular hours, unless a project needs us elsewhere. It is not always glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this part of Gurgaon. We like being part of the local scene here. It feels good to see the progress. Construction is hard work, but we have a good rhythm going now. We just try to be fair and get the job finished properly.
