We are out at Plot 54 in Udyog Vihar VI, Sector-37. It’s right in the heart of the industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery nearby. Our facility is pretty large because we handle a lot of power systems. It gets quite warm in the summer, especially out on the floor, but we are used to it. The team here is a mix of people who have been with us since Phase-IV was just starting to grow. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us are in work clothes, ready to handle whatever equipment comes our way. The yard is usually full of crates waiting to be moved. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the batteries and inverters are ready to go. We have a small canteen where we all gather for tea and talk about the weekend. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where things are built and tested. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic given what we do, but we have our own backups for that. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s a lot of dust from the road outside, but we try to keep the sensitive areas clean. It’s just a standard day of work for us, making sure the orders are filled and the trucks leave on time. We take pride in just getting through the shift.
