Stratify

Stratify is based in Gurgaon, and if you know this city, you know how fast things move around here. Our office is tucked away in one of the many buildings that make up the skyline, surrounded by the constant construction and traffic that defines the area. It’s a busy place to be, and there is always something happening right outside the window. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. There are rows of desks and a small room for meetings that we use when we need to hash something out. We don’t have a fancy reception or a lounge area; we just have the space we need to do our work. Most of us take the Metro or brave the Gurgaon roads every morning, which is always an adventure in itself. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls or the food courts that are everywhere in this part of town. The atmosphere in the office is generally focused, though we do have our moments of joking around to break up the day. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone by name and you don’t have to worry about too many formal rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to avoid the worst of the evening traffic on our way back home. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get their work finished properly.
