STELLAR GROUP

We are based out of Sector 51, right in May Field Garden at No 362. Stellar Group is a small operation compared to the big firms, and we like it that way. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. Most of what we do involves the local area and the properties around here. It’s a simple office, mostly just desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. We spend a fair bit of time out on the road, looking at sites or meeting people. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. We usually have tea together in the morning and then just get to work. People often just drop by because they saw our sign or live nearby. We handle a mix of things, mostly related to building and property management. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local regulations. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. We’ve been in this part of the city for several years now. We know the streets and the neighbors pretty well. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have a massive marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the projects we’re involved in stay on track. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a site or talking to a contractor. We keep it simple and just focus on the task at hand.
