Staralubuild (P) Ltd. operates out of a place in Vill.-Majra (Bhalkhi). It is near Post-Kund in the Rewari district of Haryana. Being out here in the village is quite different from being in a big city office. Things move at a slower pace and it is much quieter during the day. You can hear birds and sometimes tractors passing by on the road outside. Our building is easy to spot once you get into the village area. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know where we are located. It is a straightforward setup with just enough room for us to get our work done. The air is a bit fresher here than it is in Delhi or Gurgaon. Inside, we keep things basic. There are chairs, some tables, and the usual paperwork piled up. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust that blows in from the fields nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. It is a honest place to work. We focus on our daily chores and make sure the files are in order. The walk to the main road takes a few minutes if you need to catch a bus. We like the quietness of the Rewari district. It suits how we like to run things.
