You can find us on the first floor, room S-305, over at Uppal S Southend. It’s right in the Sector 48-49 area on Sohna Road, specifically behind Omaxe Plaza. It’s a good location in Gurgaon, even if the traffic on Sohna Road gets a bit much during the evenings and makes the commute a little long. Star Alubuild Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle the planning and all the paperwork for our building projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and clients. Being near Omaxe Plaza makes it easy to explain to people how to find us, which is a real plus. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana, we just want to do right by the people we work with. The team here is quite small. We share a lot of tea throughout the day and spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and messy spreadsheets. It’s quiet enough to get work done, but you can always hear the city hum outside. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up and we have to take the stairs, which isn't great in the heat. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that, we just show up and do what needs to be done. It's practical and it works for us. That's about all there is to it.
