We are over at 320/A in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a part of Gurgaon, Haryana, that we have called home for many years. Star Alubuild Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy name you’ll see on a skyscraper. We are a local team working out of a modest building. The office is mostly filled with the tools of our trade and piles of paperwork. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decor because that’s not what we are about. We would rather focus on the actual building work we do. Most mornings are spent catching up on emails and checking our inventory. It can get a bit hectic when we have a deadline, but we usually manage to pull through. We aren't the kind of people who like to use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk like regular people and treat our customers the same way. The street outside can be a bit busy with cars and rickshaws, but it adds to the energy of the place. We’ve got a small group of staff who have been with us for a long time. Everyone knows their role and we don't need a lot of supervision. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. If you come by, don't expect a polished reception. Expect to find a bunch of guys working on projects and trying to get things done right. That's who we are.
