Srs Diecasting Pvt. Ltd. is over at Plot 277 in Udyog Vihar Phase 6. We are part of the Sector 37 industrial block. It’s a lot of concrete and metal around here. Our daily life involves a lot of heat and heavy machinery. Diecasting isn't exactly clean work, so the floors are usually a bit stained. We have a crew that’s been working together for a long time. We aren't big on meetings or fancy corporate talk. We just get the molds ready and start the machines. The noise is something you get used to after a few days. The office part is just a small corner with a few desks and some old files. Most of the action happens out on the floor. It can get pretty dusty, but that’s the nature of the business. We focus on getting the pieces right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. There’s a tea stall just down the road where everyone goes for breaks. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. People know us for being reliable and sticking to our spot in Phase 6. It’s a tough environment, but we like the work. Being in Udyog Vihar means we are surrounded by other shops doing similar things. It’s a busy, hardworking atmosphere. We just keep our heads down and do our part in the manufacturing chain every single day.
