Srk People,Recruitment Cell

We are located at House Number 141-3/9 in Shivpuri Colony, right here in Gurgaon. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We are the recruitment cell for Srk People, and we spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. Our office is basically a couple of rooms converted into a workspace. It is quiet most of the time, except for the sound of the ceiling fans and the occasional neighborhood dog barking outside the gate. We like being in Shivpuri because it is away from the main road noise and the heavy traffic. When people come for interviews, they sometimes miss the turn because the house numbers can be a bit confusing around here. We just tell them to look for the big tree near the gate and they usually find us. We are not a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to match people with the right jobs. We have a tiny kitchen where we make our own chai, and that is where most of our meetings happen. There is no dress code or corporate rules to follow. We just show up and do our best to help folks find a way to earn a living. The walls are mostly bare, and we use whatever furniture we could find.
