Spruce Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (A Part Of Calance Corporation)

Our office is on the first floor of House No 1053, over in Sector 15 - Part 2 in Gurgaon. It’s basically a converted house, so it feels quite different from those big glass towers you see in other parts of the city. Spruce Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is part of Calance Corporation, but here on the ground, it’s just us doing our daily work. Being in Sector 15 is nice because it’s a bit more of a settled, quiet area. We have a few rooms where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. It’s not very fancy, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we get things done regardless. We don’t really go in for big corporate meetings with lots of slides. Mostly, we just pull up a chair and talk about what needs to happen next. There’s a lot of paperwork and digital files to keep track of, and we spend most of our time just focusing on that. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and we can hear them through the windows during our afternoon break. It’s a very local way of working. We make our own tea and coffee in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy sign out front. We just stay busy with our work and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s just how we do things here.
