Spire Slection

Our office is located at C-1286 in Phase-1 of Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. It is a pretty standard spot in a busy part of town. We focus on selection and recruitment, so we are constantly going through lists of names and checking qualifications. The office itself is just a few rooms where we have set up our desks and filing cabinets. It is nothing like those high-tech offices you see in the movies. We have regular chairs, some old desks, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We spend a lot of time on the phone, so it can get quite noisy in the office when everyone is talking at once. We usually have a lot of tea and coffee to stay focused throughout the day. The building is easy enough to find once you are in Phase-1. We have been working out of this location for a good period of time now. We don't really have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just do our best to match people with the right roles. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. We stay until the sun goes down and then head out into the Gurgaon traffic. It is a basic operation but it works for us and the people we help every day.
